Southern Ports invites suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to submit an Offer in response to this Request for Port of Bunbury Berth 8 Headstocks Stages 2-4 Blast and Paint Services, in accordance with the Request Conditions. To facilitate this Request, Southern Ports will administer the sourcing process through its internal Felix Vendor Management System. To access the system Respondents are required to complete and submit the Felix online registration form . Within 72 hours of receiving your registration, Southern Ports will provide system access to Felix to enable you to download the Request Documents and lodge your Offer. Note: Respondents who have previously undergone the onboarding process in Felix for a prior Request advertised through Tenders WA, or who have an existing Felix Account, must still complete the Felix online registration form for this current Request to access the opportunity in Felix. For further details, please contact our Felix Administrator. When lodging your Offer via Felix, you will be required to: 1. Complete Part A - Vendor Registration and Onboarding; and 2. Complete Part B - Request for Quotation (Lodgment of Offer). You are required to complete both Part A and Part B prior to the specified Closing Time for your Offer to be deemed compliant and considered for evaluation. Closing Time Southern Ports' standard Closing Time for Offers is 2:30 PM Perth, Western Australia (AWST), on the specified date. Respondents are to note the following regarding the Closing Time and the related systems used in administering this Request: Tenders WA: The Closing Time is specified in AWST. Felix: The Closing Time adjusts based on the Respondent's profile location, which may not necessarily be AWST.
