Joint Contract ( Contract for joint performance is allowed) a) Joint Venture with limited number of members (5) is allowed . b) The share ratio of each participating company must be more than 10% ( Contract for joint performance ) c) Each member shall meet Qualification of Bidders. 2. The budget limit for this procurement assignment is KRW 6,245,728,960 and the Bidders ’ price proposal s will be evaluated by the relevant formula ( p lease check the attached document “ Contract by Negotiation (Korean Version) ” ) . However, the final contract price cannot exceed the Expected Maximum Prices . (The Expected Maximum Prices is not published in advance.) 3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price or stated fixed amount. When a fixed amount is stated, it should be approximately five
