The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs - UNOCHA - in Sudan has the requirement for the provision of internet services via Fiber optic for its Khartoum and field offices located at Omdurman, Kadugli, Damazine, Kassala, Kosti & Port Sudan, to support its humanitarian operations.
It wishes to engage a professional reliable contractor to provide the service.
Specific Requirements/Information
The following mandatory requirements must be noted:
a) The service provider must be able to deliver uninterrupted, secure, and dedicated internet connectivity to OCHA Sudan offices through fiberโoptic infrastructure, with bandwidth capacity ranging from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps for both download and upload speeds
b) The service provider must be duly licensed and authorized to provide fiberโoptic internet services in Sudan by the Government of Sudan and the National Telecommunications Corporation (NTC) of Sudan.
The proposed service must demonstrate high stability, reliability, and availability.
c) The service provider must have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in providing internet connectivity services within Sudan.
