The selected contractor shall be responsible for delivering end-to-en Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and after-sales services for the BRIGHT project in two locations (Lengora Pantai and Malaringgi Village, Southeast Sulawesi Province).The expected output:1.
Solar PV Expansion and Direct Cooling Block Ice Machine.Expand solar PV system (8 kWp) and install battery energy storage to power a small-scale, solar-powered block-ice facility with a minimum production capacity of 500 kg/24 hours. (Specifications of the existing Solar Power Plant and proposed installation locations are in Section 3).2.
Electric Boat with Battery Swapping System and Battery Charging Station.Deploy one electric boat with swappable battery system (portable batteries) and battery charging station equipped with Internet of Things (IOT), connected to the existing Solar PV power plant (specifications of the existing Solar Power Plant and proposed installation locations are in Section 4).3. Operation and Maintenance Training and Module.The battery-powered boat, charging station, Solar PV Monitoring system and direct cooling block-ice machine: provide on-site practical operation and maintenance (O&M) training with a duration of five (5) working days per system (set of equipment), as specified in Outputs 1 and 2, including system operation, basic maintenance, safety procedures, and system monitoring.4. After-sales SupportThe Contractor shall provide after-sales support for the e-boat, battery modules, and the battery charging station and direct cooling block-ice machine for a minimum period of one (1) year following final acceptance/commissioning, including warranty support, troubleshooting/technical assistance, and availability of spare parts and service response.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website:https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
