Eligibility Requirements: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. (b) The specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of building with curtain wall, internal electrification successfully completed with the last 05 (five) years valuing minimum Tk 12.00 (Twelve point zero) Core constructed through any Government/ Semi government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen Point zero) Core over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required. (d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 05.00 (Five point zero) Core. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW3-8 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. (e) The Tenderer must have First Class Combine License from any Government Body, up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to date ABC category contactor and supervisory License from Electrical licensing board, Audited Financial report of last five years.
