Description
The system shall consist of a continuous powder-liquid mixing and dispersion unit specifically designed for high-density ceramic slurry, powered by a motor with a capacity of 25-35 kW. Mixing plants shall be available with Maximum Total Flow Ceramic slurry (ceramic slip: solid + liquid) : Approx. 10.000 l/h - 15.000 l/h. (depending on the density of the final product). Maximum Powder Capacity shall reach : Approx. 2000-5000 kg/h. Featuring a rotor and stator coated with stainless steel AISI 316 Ti for enhanced wear protection. all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 316L and AISI 316Ti, and the shaft must be secured by a double-acting mechanical seal material combination must be (Silicon Carbide/Tungsten Carbide-FPM-Alloy C-22-stainless steel-carbon, resin impregnated). The dosing infrastructure shall include a gravimetric Loss-in-Weight system for solids and a positive displacement pump equipped with a magnetic-inductive flow meter for liquids.The automation and control system shall be housed in an IP54-protected panel, utilizing a Siemens or equivalent PLC, managed via a minimum 19-inch color touchscreen HMI with full recipe management and data logging capabilities. Injection System for Additives: The system shall be equipped with a 'tube-in-tube' type injection needle designed for the direct introduction of a secondary liquid (additive).The contractor shall provide on-site mechanical and electrical supervision for installation and commissioning, followed by a minimum of 40 hours of practical and theoretical training in English. Three sets of hardcopy and digital manuals (English) shall be provided upon delivery. The entire system shall be covered by a comprehensive warranty for a minimum period of 12 months
