Description
The Capital Works Framework sets out the full technical, compliance and delivery requirements for a wide range of planned capital workstreams, including Kitchens & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Roofing, Electrical and Cyclical Decorations, across housing and property assets.
It is divided into eight lots, with Lots 6–8 covering multi‑disciplinary works that may incorporate several work elements within a single project
This lot covers the design, supply, and installation of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, including all associated plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
This lot includes the supply, installation, and replacement of windows and doors, incorporating all associated joinery, glazing, security, and finishing works.
This lot covers the inspection, repair, replacement, and installation of roofing systems, including all associated structural works, insulation, drainage, and weatherproofing elements
This lot covers the design, installation, upgrade, and renewal of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire detection, alarms, and all associated containment and compliance works.
This lot covers the planned, periodic redecoration of internal and external building elements, including surface preparation, painting, coatings, and associated minor repairs.
