โน Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
โ not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code. this dose not apply to minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the necessary consent for concluding a contract.
โก have "Offer of services, etc" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by all Ministries and Agencies in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 or the person who has received a determination of the qualification and has received confirmation of the qualification to participate in the competition at the time of bid opening.
