Les travaux du lot n°1 concernent principalement : - Les études et travaux préparatoires ; - Les installations de chantier ; - Les terrassements généraux et particuliers ; - La construction de deux réservoirs de 3 000 m3 unitaire ; - La construction du bâtiment de traitement et des bâtiments annexes ; - La fourniture et la mise en place des équipements industriels, électriques, d’automatisation et auxiliaires ; - Le montage et le raccordement hydraulique de ces équipements ; - Le montage et le raccordement électrique de ces équipements ; - Les VRD et aménagements extérieurs ; - La remise en état des lieux après travaux ; - La mise en service de tous les équipements ; - La période de marche industrielle.
