Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 7 sztuk fabrycznie nowych elektrycznych niskopodłogowych autobusów miejskich o długości minimalnej 17,8 m wraz z wyposażeniem oraz innych określonych w OPZ i Umowie elementów Przedmiotu Umowy zgodnie z niniejszą SWZ (dalej: „Wymagania Zamawiającego”) oraz do 16 sztuk autobusów o długości minimalnej 17,8 m i 2 szt. autobusów o długości od 10,0 m do 11,00 m. w ramach prawa opcji w rozumieniu art. 441 PZP w przypadku uruchomienia przez Zamawiającego zastrzeżonego prawa opcji zgodnie z postanowieniami pkt 4.10 SWZ.
