Udbuddet omfatter etablering af et Dynamisk Indkøbssystem for håndværks- og en-trepriseydelser i forbindelse med renovering af Ordregivers administrationsbygning beliggende Betonvej 12, 4000 Roskilde. Egnethedskrav til ansøgere fremgår af udbudsbetingelserne. Egnethedskrav er de krav, der stilles til ansøgerne for, at de kan blive optaget på systemet. Alle de ansøgere, der lever op til de stillede egnethedskrav, gives adgang til systemet efter udløbet af fristen for ansøgning, og efter at ordregiver har færdigbehandlet de modtagne ansøgninger. Der skal ikke afgives tilbud i forbindelse med ansøgning om optagelse på det dynamiske indkøbssystem, idet tilbud først afgives i forbindelse med afholdelse af miniudbud efter det dynamiske indkøbssystems etablering.
