Korm. rendelet hatálya alá tartozó, illetve önként csatlakozó intézmények részére a 6/2022. (VIII. 31.) PM utasítás szerinti, 0402000000 normatíva számú „Gépjármű-üzemanyag és üzemanyagkártya töltőállomási kiszolgálással (kiskereskedelem)” kiemelt termékkörben legfeljebb 350.000.000 liter keretmennyiség erejéig.
