General procurement notice Ukraine 27.04.2026 30.09.2026 The Grant Beneficiary – Mykolaiv City Council, acting through the Regional Utility Company “MYKOLAIVOBLTEPLOENERHO”, which is fully owned by the City of Mykolaiv, intends to invite tenders for the procurement of works, goods and services required for the implementation of the Project “Installation of Individual Heat Substations and Energy Efficiency Improvements – Mykolaiv” (the “Project”). The Project is aimed at improving the operational efficiency, sustainability, and reliability of the municipal district heating system under wartime conditions, optimizing energy consumption in residential buildings, reducing technical losses, and ensuring reliable heat supply to residents of the city, including internally displaced persons. The Project and the related procurement are financed by grant funds provided by the Government of Denmark through the MFA of Denmark, administered by the Facility Manager and development partner – NEFCO, as well as by co-financing from Mykolaiv City Council. Tender announcement is expected in the second quarter of 2026. Contract award and commencement of works is planned for the third quarter of 2026, with completion of works no later than the fourth quarter of 2028.
