Jobs Guarantee (Phase Two)
Description
Reed in Partnership intends to bid for a number of Jobs Guarantee (Phase Two) opportunities as and when they are commissioned. We invite you to complete our EOI if you believe your organisation can also make a positive difference to the lives of people in your local community.
The Jobs Guarantee is designed to support those aged 18-24 who have been on Universal Credit for 18 months and may face complex barriers to work, including limited work experience, low skills, or wellbeing and confidence challenges.
The programme will be commissioned by DWP with Participants referred to the programme with an expectation that they engage in the offer of a guaranteed, fully subsidised six-month paid job alongside tailored wraparound support.
