ESA Member States have approved the release of EFC 3 "Competitive Frame Contract for Industrial Support to ESA Directorates for theperiod 2027-2031". The new Frame Contract will be an hybrid approach where current active EFC2 Prime Contractors will continue to beeligible to participate in EFC3 services while new potential Tenderers will be able to pre-qualify as eligible Prime Contractors through this Open Call for proposals.Being pre-qualified as eligible Prime Contractors is mandatory to participate in EFC3 InvitationTo Tenders (ITTs) / Restricted Tenders (RTs) which will be issued to cover support to all ESA Directorates (Commercialisation, Industry and Competitiveness; Resilience, Navigation and Connectivity; Director General's Services; Earth Observation Programmes; Resources and Services; Human and Robotic Exploration; Science; Strategy, Legal and External Matters; Space Transportation; and Technology, Engineering and Quality) in the following areas: Engineering; Science; Admin, Controlling, Contracts Communications; and IT.
