Invitation for tenders Ukraine 29.01.2026 30.03.2026 This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 21 August 2025 for the Programme “Rehabilitation of wastewater services in four cities of Ukraine: Horishni Plavni, Lubny, Lutsk, Khmelnytskyi” which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int). Municipal Utility Company “KHMELNYTSKVODOKANAL”, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of grant financing from the Impact Fund Denmark (formerly Danida Sustainable Infrastructure Finance) (hereinafter referred to as “the Impact Fund Denmark”) through the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), as the Fund Manager, towards the cost of the project “Reconstruction of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Installation of Solar Power Panels (SPP) in Khmelnytskyi City in Ukraine”. The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract KHM_WW_1 “New Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant in Khmelnytskyi”, to be financed by the Impact Fund Denmark grant and by the municipal budget and/or the Employer. Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by grant and budget funds will be subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.
