Description
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking a qualified professional firm to provide land use counsel assistance with regulatory compliance, entitlements, permitting and legal agreements. Specifically related to both federal (National Environmental Policy Act) and local (State Environmental Policy Act, Environmental Critical Areas, and zoning) issues required by HUD, our financial partners, and due to other contractual obligations prior to and during redevelopment planning and construction.
