Il s’agit de louer des engins et des matériels de travaux publics avec ou sans opérateur pour permettre aux services de la Direction des Espaces Verts et du Paysage de mener à bien toutes leurs missions pour l’aménagement, l’entretien et l’animation du patrimoine vert départemental. Le lot n°1 – Secteur Ouest inclut les communes suivantes : Arcueil, Gentilly, Cachan, L’Haÿ-les Roses, Fresnes, Rungis, Chevilly-Larue, Villejuif, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, Ivry-sur-Seine, Vitry-sur-Seine, Thiais, Choisy-le-Roi, Orly, Villeneuve-le-Roi, Ablon-sur-Seine.
