Description
The aim of this tender is to identify an implementing consortium for the project, which submits a concept for: a) building civil society resilience and enhancing civic participation, b) gradual reintroduction of support to the Ministry in charge for cooperation with civil society, if conditions are favorable, along the intervention strategy outlined in the chapter 4. The consortium shall consist of an international and a local implementer, with the international implementer being in the lead. Both consortium partners should have expertise in civil society development and resilience strengthening (including in the digital space) in politically sensitive contexts. The estimated duration of the entire project is 8 years and 7 months, including the Inception Phase (01.08.2026-28.2.2027) and two consecutive Implementation phases, each lasting four years (Phase I: 01.03.2027-28.2.2031 and Phase II: 01.03.2031-28.2.2035). The total financial volume over all phases (including inception phase and administered project funds) of the project is estimated to be approximately CHF 5โ900โ000. The budget for the administrated project funds (part 4 of the budget) in the phase 1 (2027-2031): CHF 1โ700โ000.
