01-Apr-2026 The Ministry of Infrastructure and Natural Resources (MIRN) will receive financing from the African Development Fund โ ADF hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the ENERGY TRANSITION, EFFICIENCY AND EXPANSION PROJECT (ETREEP), and will intend to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Installations and related services for 1 000 Streetlights for the Water and Electricity Company (EMAE).
