Tarbert Heritage Scheme – Design Team Framework
Description
Tarbert Heritage Scheme is an exciting project, which seeks to revitalise key buildings within Tarbert’s village core by offering grants to property owners to assist with the cost of making structural and external repairs to their historic buildings and shopfronts. A framework agreement developed by the Council should prove helpful to the Clients as they would have the option of using the Consultant on the framework, rather than having to source their own architect and go through their own quality screening process.
The successful Consultant must be conservation accredited and have access to a full design service.
