Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy przez Wykonawcę do Zamawiającego odczynników, materiałów zużywalnych, kalibratorów i kontroli do badań immunohematologicznych wraz z dzierżawą analizatora, wirówki i pipety elektronicznej (zwanych dalej towarem) szczegółowo opisanych i w ilościach podanych w Formularzu Cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ wraz z dzierżawą aparatu (zwanego dalej zamiennie urządzeniem lub przedmiotem dzierżawy), szczegółowo opisanego w Zestawieniu Wymaganych Funkcji i Parametrów Technicznych, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz zgodnie z projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 4 do niniejszej SWZ.
