Description
Erstellen der Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen in allen Gebäudeteilen. Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme sämtlicher Anlagen inkl. Monoblockgeräte in den Technikzentralen. Erstellen der Luftverteilnetze inkl. Erschliessungsleitungen zu den einzelnen Nutzungsbereichen. Montage der Ventilatoren, Armaturen, Regelorgane, Volumenstromregler, Brandschutzklappen und Luftauslässe. Ausführung sämtlicher Luftleitungen, Einbauteile, Befestigungen und Dämmungen. Fachgerechte Einregulierung und Abstimmung der Anlagen auf die betrieblichen Anforderungen. Erbringen aller Nebenleistungen wie Transport, Montagehilfsmittel, Abdichtungen sowie Brand- und Schallschutzmassnahmen. Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumentationen, Instruktion der Bauherrschaft sowie Mitwirkung bei Prüfungen und Abnahmen.
