Description

Lac La Biche County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a transit dispatch and scheduling software system to support the Countyโ€™s Community Access Bus (CAB) and Paratransit services. The system must include implementation, training, and ongoing support, and be capable of improving scheduling efficiency, reducing dispatch call volume, and supporting future service growth.

Additional Requirements:
Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to the contact identified in the RFP document.
All questions must be submitted by email only and will be answered through formal addenda posted on Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC).
The deadline for questions is 12:00 noon on May 20, 2026.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on May 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Lac La Biche County reserves the right to invite the top three (3) ranked proponents to provide system demonstrations as part of the evaluation process.
Proponents should demonstrate experience with similar municipal or public transit systems.
