Under its Global Maritime Crime Programme (GMCP), UNODC supports Member States in the Horn of Africa to stengthen maritime governance and counter maritime crime.As part of planned training activities in 2026, UNODC intends to procure assorted communication equipment to support operational readiness of the Djibouti Coast Guard.
UNODC ROEA hereby invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for participation in the upcoming solicitation process.
The requirement covers the supply and delivery of communication equipment, including but not limited to;
VHF Marine transceivers (land based and vessel based),Marine VHF antennas and accessories,handheld marine VHF radios and chargers, marine radar systems,antenna masts,cabling, spares and tools.A detailed technical description will be issued at the solicitation stage.
Interested bidders must meet,including but not limited to the following conditions:
a.
Legal registration and authorization to supply communication and marine radio equipment
b.
Availability of manufacturers warranties
b.
Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists (such as World bank, or any other UN agency).
