The contracting authority is seeking experienced contractors to undertake the creation of internal partitions, ceilings, and potentially other non-load-bearing structures using drywall systems within the designated airport restaurant space. Typical requirements for this type of tender include proficiency in installing various drywall materials, ensuring proper insulation, fire resistance, and acoustic properties as per building regulations. Bidders must demonstrate a proven history of completing similar interior fit-out projects, particularly in commercial or public environments. Adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols will be paramount. The scope of work will likely involve the precise cutting, fitting, and finishing of drywall panels, along with the installation of framing systems and associated accessories, to create the functional and aesthetic interior of the airport restaurant.
