  • Design system architecture to accommodate future integration with administrative data sources and documentary evidence capture tools.
  • Identify and propose mitigation measures for data quality, fraud, security, and data privacy risks.

Your role as Digital Systems Specialist

  • Lead the technical assessment of digital systems, USSD alignment, and mobile application functionality for registry updates.
  • Evaluate ICT infrastructure capacity and data security protocols within relevant hosting institutions.
  • Map citizen journeys and user interfaces to ensure accessibility for low-literacy and marginalized populations.
  • Define technical specifications and backend integration requirements for the social registry MIS.
  • Collaborate with the team lead and national stakeholders to formulate digital risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to inception, interim, and final reports relating to digital systems architecture and interoperability.
