Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Ingeniero de Infraestructura Devops for a consultancy assignment in Peru.

Aninver Development Partners SL is currently preparing a proposal for an upcoming digital transformation initiative in Peru. We are looking for a qualified DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our expert team for this important assignment supported by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

The overarching goal of the project is to implement a robust e-learning Learning Management System (LMS) for synchronous and asynchronous courses within the national digital talent platform. The selected DevOps Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure for this national platform.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Implement an e-learning Learning Management System to support synchronous and asynchronous courses for the national digital talent platform.
• Execute the setup, configuration, and successful deployment of the required technology infrastructure and systems.
• Ensure seamless integration and operational continuity for online learning platforms in Peru.
• Comply with all technical standards, project timelines, and quality requirements established for the assignment.

Scope of work

• Supply, configuration, integration, and operational launch of an e-learning Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provisioning, administration, and optimization of cloud services and server infrastructure.
• Deployment of platforms and virtual learning environments to support synchronous and asynchronous courses.
• Ensuring technical compatibility and smooth integration with the existing national digital talent platform.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and deployment related issues.

Your role as Ingeniero de Infraestructura Devops

• Manage and administer servers, cloud services, and IT infrastructure to support the e-learning system.
• Deploy and configure the technical environments required for the development of systems, platforms, and applications.
• Implement DevOps best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Collaborate with software developers and technical architects to integrate the LMS platform efficiently.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the deployed virtual classrooms and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents during the implementation and rollout phases.

Requirements

• Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar; minimum 40 contact hours in server administration, IT infrastructure management, cloud services, DevOps, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of general experience in the public and/or private sector
• Minimum 3 services related to the development of systems, platforms, applications, virtual classrooms, or similar
• Languages: Spanish

Desirable

• Previous professional experience working on digital transformation projects in the public sector in Peru.
• Certifications in major cloud service providers or DevOps methodologies.

A proactive DevOps Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in server administration, cloud services, and system deployment for e-learning or digital platforms in Peru.
