Строк, адреса (місце), базис та інші умови поставки Товару: згідно Додатку 1 до Договору. Поставка Товару в місце поставки здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Витрати щодо перевезення Товару до місця поставки, несе Постачальник. Навантаження та розвантаження Товару здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника. За домовленістю Сторін, визначеною у Специфікації, поставка Товару може здійснюватися Постачальником партіями. Така поставка може здійснюватися на підставі замовлень на закупівлю, які Замовник здійснює електронним або телефонним зв’язком.
