Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е „Избор на изпълнител за проектиране, упражняване на авторски надзор и строителство (инженеринг) за обект: Мостово съоръжение при км 10+796 на път III-551 „Дебелец- Плаково – Елена“ и Мостово съоръжение при км 14+608 на път III-551 „Дебелец- Плаково – Елена“. Целта на обществената поръчка е да бъде определен изпълнител и да се сключи договор за изготвяне на технически проекти и извършване на строително – монтажните работи, във връзка със строителството на обекта, с оглед изготвянето на цялостни и законосъобразни технически проекти, които да послужат за качественото строителство, в съответствие с нормативните изисквания и при спазване на договорените срокове. Инвестиционният проект (Проектната документация) следва да бъде изготвен във фаза „Технически проект“ в обем и съдържание, определени в Заданието за проектиране (Приложение А) към документацията за обществената поръчка и в съответствие с нормативните актове и техническите спецификации.
