На основание чл. 80, ал. 1 от Правилника за прилагане на ЗОП (ППЗОП), възложителят запазва поръчката за участие на специализирани предприятия или кооперации на хора с увреждания, при условие, че са спазени изискванията на чл. 12, ал. 5 и ал. 6 от ЗОП.
