Delivery of net quantities of active electrical energy (high/medium/low voltage) and selection of a standard balancing group coordinator for a period of 12 months

The public procurement aims to conclude a contract for the supply of net quantities of active electrical energy for the needs of TP DGSS Stara Zagora, ensuring consumption forecasting services, as well as preparing schedules by the balancing group coordinator, submitting them, correcting submitted schedules if necessary, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the liberalized electricity market of the Contracting Authority. The open procedure is conducted for the purpose of awarding a public procurement for the supply of electricity at freely negotiated prices in accordance with Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the EA and the Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy for the supply of the sites of TP DGSS Stara Zagora, high, medium and low voltage network. The supply price includes active electrical energy, balancing costs and participant costs for providing the specified services, without additional charges for surplus and deficit of imbalances in the balancing group. The Contracting Authority does not pay for the balancing group and does not bear the costs of imbalances. Contract end date - 12 months from its conclusion, or until the financial resource of the order is exhausted, and is terminated upon the occurrence of either of these two grounds. The estimated quantity of electrical energy for the contract period is 14,488 kWh. The quantities indicated in the documentation are estimates for the contract period and are determined based on the Contracting Authority's previous consumption, calculated for 12 months, and the Contracting Authority does not undertake to consume them and is not limited by them. All requirements of the Technical Specification must be followed during the execution of the order. The subject of the order also includes the administration of amounts for normatively determined fees, network services and excise duties. These will be paid by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In connection with the above, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of the PTEÉ (Rules for Trading in Electrical Energy).
