Подходящо определената оптиминална технология и организация на работа ще гарантира срочно и качествено изпълнение на всички строителни работи, предвидени за изпълнение. При изпълнението на строителните работи ще се прилагат традиционните технологии на изпълнение регламентирани в ПИПСМР. Пространство е разположено южно от жилищна кооперация ул.“Боруйград“ №16. Съществуващата настилка по алеите е плочи 30/30см с компрометирана равност и цялост. Бордюрните линии между тях и зелените площи са неравни, начупени, на места липсват. Предвижда се демонтаж на плочи и бордюри. Изкоп за подравняване основата на алеите, насип от трошен камък, пясък и бехатон 20/10/6см /сив/. Доставка и полагане на бордюри 8/16/50см. Технологичният процес по изграждането на алеите включва следните етапи: Демонтаж на тротоарна настилка и бордюри Изкоп и подготовка на основата /почистване, подравняване и уплътняване/ Доставка, полагане и уплътняване на трошен камък Доставка и полагане на бордюри 8/16/50см Доставка и полагане на бехатон 20/10/6см сив на пясъчна основа Основата трябва да бъде приета от Възложителя. Същата трябва да е почистена от прах, кал и други замърсявания /и добре уплътнена по алеите/. В процеса на строителните дейности района трябва да бъде своевременно почистван от изкопани земни маси и отпадъци.
