Subscription maintenance and delivery of additional services and licenses for application software products, forming the hospital information system (HIS) of UMHAT "N. I. Pirogov" EAD, for a period of 2 years

The subject of the public procurement includes the performance of the following activities: subscription maintenance of software products for which the right of use has been acquired, forming the hospital information system of UMHAT "N. I. Pirogov" EAD (described in detail in Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification), as well as the delivery of additional services and licenses for the following application software products: Gama CODMASTER, Gama CALC, Gama CONT, Gama MULTILAB, Gama MULTILAB-KAAV, Gama STORE, Gama STORE-verification, Gama Mstore/mStore, Gama mDOCTOR, Gama CESSA Link, Gama Schedules, Gama FU Link, Gama GP Master, Gama COMPETITOR, Gama DIETS, Gama wBOOKING, Gama wCONCURENT, Gama WEB, Gama LIS link /connection with external LIS/, Gama PACS link / connection with PACS, Gama Admin, hereinafter referred to as "Software Products". The total estimated value of the public procurement is EUR 435,733.92 (four hundred and thirty-five thousand seven hundred and thirty-three euros and ninety-two cents) excluding VAT. The indicated estimated value is the maximum. A participant who offers a price higher than the estimated value indicated in the announcement will be excluded from the procedure. Contract performance period - 24 (twenty-four) months from the signing of the contract. Offer validity period: 6 (six) months from the deadline for receiving offers. This public procurement is awarded based on the economically most advantageous offer. The economically most advantageous offer is determined based on the award criterion: "lowest price", in accordance with Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The lowest price is the offered price for the performance of the contract excluding VAT. The performance guarantee is in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the contract value and is released in accordance with the draft contract. When reviewing the offers, the appointed commission will apply the so-called "reverse order", pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Art. 61 of the Implementing Regulations of the Public Procurement Act. The technical and price proposals of the participants will be reviewed before the documents certifying personal status and selection criteria.
