SECOND STAGE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM – COLLECTION OF OFFERS BASED ON SPECIFIC INVITATIONS After the candidates who have submitted an application are admitted to the DPS, an invitation to submit offers for a specific public procurement will be sent to these suppliers. The offers contain a technical and price proposal. For awarding contracts in the second stage, the Contracting Authority announces separate restricted procedures within the DPS.
