Exercise of construction supervision for the object: "Construction of a sports complex – second and fifth stage in UPI I-30.48/PI 05952.30.48/, village Boyadjik, Tundzha Municipality".

The subject of this tender is the selection of a contractor for construction supervision of the object: "Construction of a sports complex – second and fifth stage in UPI I-30.48/PI 05952.30.48/, village Boyadjik, Tundzha Municipality". An investment project has been prepared for the object, developed in the phase: "Technical project" in the following project parts: Architectural, Structural, Geodesy, Electrical, Water and Sewerage, Construction Waste Management Plan, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Energy Efficiency, Fire Safety, Health and Safety Plan, and a Building Permit No. 132 dated 29.10.2019 has been issued. In execution of the activities under the subject of the tender, the Contractor shall provide the Client with: - a technical passport of the object/construction for which it has exercised construction supervision during construction; - a final report to the Client, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), after the completion of construction and installation works for the object/construction for which the contractor has exercised construction supervision during construction. The term for execution of the subject of the tender is from the signing of the Protocol for opening the construction site and determining the construction line and level for the construction - Appendix No. 2 to Art. 7, para. 3, item 2 of Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003 on the preparation of acts and protocols during construction - until the completion of construction works on the object and the issuance of a permit for use of the object. The person exercising construction supervision shall ensure proper control over the quality of the planned construction and installation works, protecting the interests of the Client throughout the entire investment process during the execution of the tender. The Contractor shall exercise construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 168 of the ZUT in accordance with the investment project, technical specifications, technical offer, contract for the performance of the awarded construction and installation works, and the other requirements for the execution of the contract and the performance of work on the object, through qualified specialists appointed for supervision of the respective parts. The Contractor shall carry out construction supervision during construction over all types of construction and installation works performed by the builder, in accordance with the legal powers and obligations as the person exercising construction supervision of the construction. In execution of this public tender, the Contractor shall perform the qualitative and timely execution, in full compliance with the current regulatory framework and the Client's requirements, of the following activities: Exercise of construction supervision during construction, in accordance with the ZUT for an object of category III. Performing an assessment of conformity with the basic requirements for constructions of all parts of the investment project, prepared when necessary for changes in the approved investment project within the scope of substantial changes under Art. 154, para. 2 of the ZUT during construction, for the construction described above, in scope and content according to the ZUT, including an assessment of conformity and technical control of the Structural part in accordance with Art. 142, para. 10 of the ZUT of the prepared investment project, as well as the preparation of a comprehensive report on the performed conformity assessment where applicable. Assistance to the Client in the procedure for approval and authorization of all parts of the investment project, prepared when necessary for changes in the approved investment project within the scope of substantial changes under Art. 154, para. 2 of the ZUT during construction, as well as supplementing the issued Building Permit. *All construction and installation works that are planned to be performed on the object during the realization of the second and fifth stage, on which construction supervision will be exercised, are described/indicated in detail in the investment project, an integral part of the participation documentation.
