Основните дейности , включени в обхвата на обществената поръчка • Изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи и всякакви други съпътстващи и свързани дейности, необходими за изпълнение на строителството, в съответствие с нормативните изисквания, изискванията на Възложителя и одобрения технически проект. • Изготвяне на екзекутивна документация, кадастрално заснемане на целия строеж; • Предаване на Обекта и приемането му от Възложителя, с акт Образец 15 по НАРЕДБА №3 от 31 юли 2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството;
