Separate Position (SP) 4 "Center"

Concluded contract No. 93-OP23-15(273)/30.04.2026 with the subject: "Construction, major repair, rehabilitation and current maintenance of streets (including sections of RPM falling within the regulation of settlements), municipal roads and their structures in the territorial scope falling under Separate Position No. 4 – „SP 4 Center“, namely: main traffic lanes, median strips between main traffic lanes, local traffic lanes, /local lanes/, median strips between main and local traffic lanes, bicycle paths and sidewalks/ and municipal roads with their structures", under framework agreement No. 93-OP23-15(16)/02.08.2023 for Separate Position No. 4, with the subject: "Construction, major repair, rehabilitation and current maintenance of streets (including sections of RPM falling within the regulation of settlements), municipal roads and their structures in the territory of Burgas municipality with territorial scope under Separate Position No. 4 - „SP 4 Center“, namely: main traffic lanes, median strips between main traffic lanes, local traffic lanes, /local lanes/, median strips between main and local traffic lanes, bicycle paths and sidewalks/ and municipal roads with their structures". The activities to be performed under the contract consist of the following: "Current repair of main traffic lanes, median strips between main traffic lanes, local traffic lanes, /local lanes/, median strips between main and local traffic lanes, bicycle paths and sidewalks/ and municipal roads with their structures". The execution of the public procurement includes activities related to construction (including design), major repair, rehabilitation and current maintenance of streets and roads within the territorial scope according to Appendix No. T1.4, namely: - Provision of systematic care to ensure year-round normal operation of the road/street, as well as activities aimed at ensuring the technical condition of the road/street, road structures in accordance with current regulations and technical specifications for construction products /including elimination of individual damages and deformations on the elements within the scope of the road/street, road structures and prevention of their further development/, elimination of local damages due to normal operation of the road and damages to the road surface and road structures. - Construction and repair (including design) of streets and roads; - Supply and installation of necessary materials corresponding to the technical specifications. - Performance of necessary tests and laboratory research. - Elimination of defects that appear during the warranty periods specified in the public procurement contract. Scope: 1) Residential areas: Central City Part, residential complex "Vazrazhdane"; 2) Main boulevards and streets: "Demokratsiya" Blvd. partially (from "Bulair" Blvd. to the intersection with "San Stefano" Blvd. inclusive), "San Stefano" Blvd., "Maria Luiza" Blvd., "Ivan Vazov" Blvd., "Bulair" Blvd., "Hristo Botev" St., "Tsar Petar" St. The scope of SP4 Center includes all adjacent sidewalks, bike paths and structures to the roads, streets and boulevards included in the separate position.
