Поръчката се изпълнява във връзка с процедура BG16FFPR003-2.002 „Подкрепа за интегрирано градско развитие в 40 градски общини“, по Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027, проект „Устойчив растеж в подкрепа развитието на човешките ресурси, по-добро качество на предоставяните публични услуги на гражданите и развитие на туристическия потенциал базиран на местните ресурси“, Дейност „Подкрепа за пълнолетни лица и възрастни хора чрез изграждане на социална инфраструктура в град Хасково“. Целта на настоящата поръчка е подобряване на социалната инфраструктура в община Хасково чрез изграждане на обект „Център за резидентна грижа за пълнолетни лица със сетивни увреждания“. За обект „Център за резидентна грижа за пълнолетни лица със сетивни увреждания“ с местонахождение ПИ № 77195.719.22, УПИ XXXIV, кв. 472б по действащия регулационен план на гр. Хасково, община Хасково, е налице оценен и одобрен на 15.09.2026г. инвестиционен проект, съдържащ следните части: Архитектурна, Конструктивна, Интериор и обзавеждане Електрическа, ВиК, Геодезия, ОВК , Енергийна ефективност, Пожарна безопасност, Паркоустройство и благоустройство, ПБЗ и ПУСО. Всички строително-монтажни работи трябва да се изпълняват съгласно одобрения инвестиционен проект. За обекта е издадено Разрешение за строеж №391/16.09.2026г. от ВрИД Главен архитект на Община Хасково. Строежът е V – та категория съгласно чл.137, ал.1, т. 5, a от ЗУТ.
