Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds Own Funds. Eligibility Requirements: i. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible by any competent authority.
ii. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) years’ experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
iii.
