Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Executive Engineer, Mohakhali Division. Construction of four (04) storied Badda thana building with Seven (07) storied foundation with one basement including civil, sanitary, internal electrification works at Aftab Nagar, Dhaka Procurement Method: ICT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: The Tenderer have to have- (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 3(Three) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(one) contract of 03(Three) storied of RCC frame structure civil, sanitary, and internal electrification works successful completed within the last 15(Fifteen) years with a value of at least Tk. 11 (Eleven) Crore, [Years counting backward from the Date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. (c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) crore during the best 3(Three) years of last 05(five) years. (d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit lines or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in tender Document of section-5: Tender & Contract form (form ePW3-8). (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 13 (Thirteen) Crore. (f) Tenderer must have up to date ABC Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, and Trade License.. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
