Exercise of construction supervision, conformity assessment of investment projects, geodesic survey of constructed external power supply and issuance of a certificate for meeting the requirement of Art. 175, para. 5 of the Spatial Development Act from AGKK for energy facilities in the territories of Vidin and Montana regions

The main types of work, including, but not limited to, are: Assessment of the conformity of the investment project for external power supply with the essential requirements for construction; Processing and issuance of a building permit; Exercise of construction supervision during the construction (including reconstruction or repair) of a transformer substation, medium-voltage cable lines and low-voltage cable lines; Exercise of construction supervision during the construction, reconstruction of overhead and/or medium-voltage cable lines; Exercise of construction supervision during the construction, reconstruction of overhead and/or low-voltage cable lines; Exercise of construction supervision during the construction, reconstruction of low-voltage electrical networks (overhead and/or cable) and relocation of electricity meter boards; Geodesic survey and registration in the cadastre service with issuance of a certificate on the basis of Art. 54a, para. 3 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act on the basis of Art. 79, para. 1 of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-5 of December 15, 2016, on the content, creation and maintenance of the cadastre map and cadastre registers, published in the State Gazette, issue 4 of 13.01.2017, as well as preparation of a second version according to the requirements of "Application to the procedure for implementation of connection of consumers and producers to the grid of 'ERM West' AD, No. 139/2012, Rules and requirements for preparation of the geodesic part of the execution documentation /geodesic survey/ of energy facilities: for a facility up to 200 m.; for a facility from 200 m to 500 m; for a facility from 500 m to 1000 m inclusive; for a facility over 1 km; for site facilities BCTP, MTP, MTT; Technical passportization according to Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 on technical passports of constructions in accordance with Art. 176a of the Spatial Development Act for linear and site facilities; Tracing of underground or overhead lines and of independent facilities – MTP, BCTP, MKTP, V/St, etc.; Geodesic survey of underground or overhead lines and of independent facilities – MTP, BCTP, MKTP, V/St, etc. The scope of work for each of the designated lots of the subject of the order is according to the quantity-cost estimate (KSS) for the respective designated lot.
