Предметът на обществената поръчка е: Основен ремонт на път НКV1249 /III-505/ Корен - Криво поле - Елена - граница общ. (Хасково-Харманли) - Болярски извор“ Основен ремонт Целта на проекта е възстановяването на транспортно-експлоатационните качества на пътя, с което да се осигурят условия за безопасност на движението на моторни превозни средства и комфорт на пътуващите Строежът, обект на настоящата обществена поръчка се явява III категория, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т.3 ж от ЗУТ. и чл. 7, ал. 1 от Наредба №1 за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. Проектното решение може да бъде условно разделено на два участъка с различен подход при извършване на ремонтните дейности. От началната точка при кръстовище с републикански път Ш-505 в с .Корен при км 0+000 до плочест водосток в с. Елена при км 10+742 се предвижда рехабилитация на настилката по подробни таблици. От км 10+742 до км 12+944 в края на проектния участък, поради установеното пълно разрушение на настилката, се предвижда реконструкция. За целта ще се извърши фрезоване на асфалтовите пластове и запазване на трошено-каменните основни пластове, които ще послужат за „земна основа“ на новата пътна конструкция. Проектното решение за възстановяване на пътното трасе е разработено с технически елементи за 60 км/ч. В някои участъци, където съществуващите надлъжни наклони, хоризонтални и вертикални криви на пътя не позволяват достигане на проектната скорост, се предвижда ограничаването й с административни мерки - поставяне на необходимите пътни знаци. Изпълнението на различните видове работи при реконструкцията на пътя, както и вложените материали, трябва да отговарят на действащите стандарти и на изискванията на Техническа спецификация на АПИ 2025 година
