Предмет на обществената поръчката: „Изготвяне оценка на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти и упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на обект: ”Инженеринг – проектиране, изпълнение на СМР и упражняване авторски надзор за обект „Пътен възел между път I-6 с ул. „Младен Стоянов“ и ул. „Владайско въстание” Настоящата обществен поръчка е свързана с изпълнението на инженеринг –проектиране и строителството на обекта и представлява Консултантска услуга по чл. 166, ал. 1 от Закона за устройство на територията /ЗУТ/ и свързаните с него подзаконови нормативни актове, както и изпълнение задълженията на координатор по безопасност и здраве съгласно Наредба №2 от 22 март 2004г. за минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при извършване на строителни и монтажни работи, а именно: Оценяване на съответствието на изготвения инвестиционен проект, съгласно чл. 142 от ЗУТ; Осъществяване на строителен надзор, съгласно чл. 168 от ЗУТ; Контрол на качеството на доставените и вложените в строежите строителни материали и продукти; Упражняване на контрол на количественото и качеството на изпълнените строително-монтажни работи; Следене и документиране на всички обстоятелства, свързани със строежа. За изпълнение на задълженията си изпълнителят следва да представя на Възложителя междинни доклади за напредък; Отчитане на дейността си чрез междинни и окончателен доклади; Изпълнение задълженията на координатор по безопасност и здраве съгласно Наредба №2 от 22 март 2004г за минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при извършване на строителни и монтажни работи.
