Изготвяне на Комплексен доклад за оценка за съответствието с основните изисквания към строежите и Технически контрол по част „Конструктивна“ на представения технически проект в съответствие с чл. 142 от ЗУТ. Одобряване на Количествено – стойностната сметка и/или Количествена сметка (КСС/КС), неразделна част от Техническия проект, изготвен от Изпълнителя по договора. Всички документи - графични и текстови, на инвестиционния проект се подписват и подпечатват от съответния квалифициран специалист и от управителя на юридическото лице или от едноличния търговец консултант, извършил оценката за съответствие. Всички останали задължения, необходими за изпълнението на предмета на обществената поръчка, посочени в настоящата документация и приложенията ѝ, както и тези посочени в договора и законовите разпоредби. Изпълнителят трябва да изготви и представи на Възложителя Комплексния доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект, със съществуващите изисквания към строежите, включително технически контрол по част „Конструктивна“, на база на представената от Възложителя проектна документация, необходима за изготвянето му. Изработен е проект за ремонт на РП III-133 „Гр. ОПУ-Враца-Септемврийци-Вълчедръм-Мокреш-(о.п Монтана-Лом) от км 36+368 до км 70+349, с начало на пътния участък - при км 36+368 - Гр. ОПУ-Враца и край на участъка- при км 70+349 при кръстовище с РП II-81- Монтана – Лом. Инвестиционният проект е разработен в следните части: Част Пътна т.1. ПСД т. 2.
