Предметът на обществената поръчка е „Проектиране и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството на сгради и обекти от благоустройствената инфраструктура на територията на Столична община – район „Слатина“. В предмета на поръчката се предвижда разработване на инвестиционен проект във фаза „Технически проект“ по всички проектни части. В предмета на обществената поръчка са включени разработването на инвестиционни проекти за изграждане, реконструкция, основен ремонт, включително прилагане на мерки за енергийна ефективност на сгради, както и разработването на инвестиционни проекти на обекти от благоустройствената инфраструктура като паркове, градини, детски, спортни и фитнес площадки. Предметът на поръчката включва и упражняване на авторски надзор при изпълнение на строителството.
