“Carrying out construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works on the site: “Major renovation of the square in front of the cultural center in UPI-IV, quarter 35 according to the plan of the village of Banya and major renovation of the existing metal bridge over the Tundzha River in the regional trade-tourist zone”“

Subject of the public procurement. “Carrying out construction supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works on the site: “Major renovation of the square in front of the cultural center in UPI-IV, quarter 35 according to the plan of the village of Banya and major renovation of the existing metal bridge over the Tundzha River in the regional trade-tourist zone““, during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the construction site – subject of the procurement in the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Development Act, its implementing regulations and other relevant regulatory documents. A contract for the execution of construction and assembly works has been concluded for the site based on a public procurement procedure. - Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions when performing construction and assembly works, including the performance of all obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in the said Ordinance (where applicable); - Preparation of the Final Report for the construction site, in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the Spatial Development Act and §3 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, installations and construction sites, Technical Passport for the construction site in accordance with Art. 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006 on technical passports of construction sites and Report on the implementation of the Construction Waste Management Plan in accordance with Annex No. 6 of the Ordinance of December 5, 2017 on the management of construction waste and the use of recycled construction materials; - Management of the commissioning processes of the construction site until the issuance of the Permit for Use of the construction site – subject of the designated position of the procurement; - Preparation and submission of Reports and opinions upon request by the Contracting Authority; - Management of the processes for rectifying defects of the construction site within the warranty periods in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003 on the commissioning of construction sites in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, installations and construction sites; - Fulfillment of administrative requirements in accordance with applicable regulations. - By argument of Art. 168, para. 7 of the Spatial Development Act, the responsibility under the construction supervision contract has terms no shorter than the warranty periods in construction. - The contractor must perform the tasks arising from its obligations as a construction supervisor through the qualified natural persons indicated in the certified list of the team of qualified natural persons through whom the activity is exercised – an integral part of the certificate issued to the contractor for exercising the activities under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 in accordance with Art. 166 para. 2 of the Spatial Development Act.
