Подробно описание се съдържа в Техническата спецификация. ВАЖНО! Към датата на обявяване на процедурата за възлагане на обществена поръчка не е осигурено финансиране по Обособена позиция 1: „Закупуване и доставка на фабрично нов електрически автомобил - категория N1, и гаранционното му обслужване за нуждите на проект BG-RRP-13.009 - "Инсталиране на фотоволтаични системи (ФЕЦ) в съществуващи социални услуги, делегирана от държавата дейност и закупуване на електрически превозни средства, включително свързани зарядни станции за предоставяне на социални услуги “. В съответствие с чл. 114 от ЗОП изпълнението на договора по Обособена позиция № 1, ще се счита за възложено под отлагателното условие, след осигурено финансиране. Когато след изтичане на тримесечен срок от сключване на договора по Обособена позиция № 1 не е осигурено финансиране, всяка от страните може да поиска прекратяването му без предизвестие. В такъв случай никоя от страните (община Бургас и Изпълнителя) не дължи обезщетение за вреди или пропуснати ползи на другата страна. Когато след изтичане на 10-месечен срок от сключване на договора по Обособена позиция № 1 не е осигурено финансиране, договорът се счита за прекратен.
