В Техническата спецификация и приложената към нея таблица са посочени изискванията към приготвянето на готовата храна и приблизителни прогнозни количества. Поръчката е за ежедневни доставки на болнична храна по различни диети: 1, 1а, 9, 15, съгласно Сборника на Министерството на здравеопазването за болнично хранене. Обемът на поръчката е в зависимост от конкретните нужди и заявки на Възложителя за средно дневно 90 стационарни пациенти и дежурен болничен персонал – 21 души. Общата леглова база на лечебното заведение осигурява възможност за прием на до 145 пациенти.
