Планирани са за доставка и монтаж 63 бр. нови експозиционни витрини, в изпълнение на ангажиментите на РИМ-Плевен партньор по проекта, отговорен за Дейност №4 Инвестиции в съществуващ сграден фонд – Регионален исторически музей (РИМ) - УПИ I, кв. 181а по плана на град Плевен по проект № BG16FFPR003-1.001-0006-С01 „Изтегляне на автомобилния поток извън ЦГЧ с цел осигуряване на по-лесен и бърз транспортен достъп до историческото ядро, интегриране на зелени мерки в открити обществени пространства за култура и туризъм“, процедура BG16FFPR003-1.001 „Подкрепа за интегрирано градско развитие в 10-те градски общини – основни центрове на растеж“, Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027. Проектът е финансиран по Административен договор за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ № РД-02-29-823/25.07.2025г., сключен между Община Плевен и Министерство на регионалното развитие и благоустройството, Управляващ орган на Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027 (ПРР).
